우주항공청의 설치 및 운영에 관한 특별법 제22조(권한 또는 업무의 위임 및 위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 우주항공청장의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사에게 위임할 수 있다.

② 우주항공청장은 우주항공기술 개발 및 우주항공산업 진흥을 위하여 필요한 경우 이 법에 따른 업무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 항공우주연구원, 천문연구원, 「과학기술분야 정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 기관, 그 밖의 법인 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.
