우주항공청의 설치 및 운영에 관한 특별법 제15조(퇴직공무원의 취업제한 및 업무취급 제한의 특례)

① 「공직자윤리법」 제17조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서 및 제18조에도 불구하고 같은 법 제17조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따른 취업심사대상자인 우주항공청 소속 임기제공무원에 대한 같은 법 제17조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서의 확인 또는 취업승인은 윤리위원회의 심의를 거쳐 우주항공청장이 한다.

② 「공직자윤리법」 제18조의2제3항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 해당 업무의 취급승인은 윤리위원회의 심의를 거쳐 우주항공청장이 한다.

③ 우주항공청장은 제1항에 따른 확인, 취업승인 또는 제2항에 따른 취급승인을 한 경우에는 「공직자윤리법」 제9조에 따른 관할 공직자윤리위원회에 이를 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다.
