우정사업 운영에 관한 특례법 제5조의2(분과위원회)

① 다음 각 호의 사항을 효율적으로 심의하기 위하여 위원회에 분야별로 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다. <개정 2015.1.20>

② 분과위원회는 제1항에 따라 심의한 사항을 위원회 위원장에게 보고하여야 한다.

(2) A어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð더 matters매터즈 it잇 has해즈 deliberated딜리버^r레이티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) to투 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

③ 분과위원회가 심의한 사항은 위원장이 위원회 또는 다른 분과위원회에서 재심의를 할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 경우를 제외하고는 위원회가 심의한 것으로 본다.

(3) Matters매터즈 deliberated딜리버^r레이티드 by바이 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 to투 have해^v브 been빈 deliberated딜리버^r레이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 except익셉트 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary네서세^r리 to투 have해^v브 them^ð뎀 re-deliberated^r레이-딜리버^r레이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Committee커미티 or오 another어너^ð더 subcommittee.서브커미티

④ 분과위원회의 분과위원장은 위원회 위원 중에서 1명을 호선하고, 그 밖에 분과위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
