용산공원 조성 특별법 제39조(예산ㆍ결산 등)

① 관리센터의 사업연도는 정부의 회계연도에 따른다.

② 관리센터는 매 사업연도 종료 1개월 전에 다음 연도의 사업계획서와 예산서를 작성하여 국토교통부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. 이를 변경하려는 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

③ 관리센터는 매 사업연도의 세입세출결산보고서에 그 연도의 사업실적을 첨부하여 다음 연도 2월말까지 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
