영재교육 진흥법 제17조(특례자 선정에 관한 재심 등)

① 특례자로 선정되기 위하여 거주지의 교육감에게 신청한 사람과 그 보호자는 제16조제2항에 따른 교육감의 조치에 대하여 이의가 있을 때에는 결정서를 송달받은 날부터 30일 이내에 해당 시ㆍ도위원회에 재심을 청구할 수 있다.

② 시ㆍ도위원회는 제1항의 재심청구를 받았을 때에는 30일 이내에 이를 심사ㆍ결정하여 청구인에게 통보하여야 한다.
