영재교육 진흥법 제18조(특례자의 전학ㆍ배치 등)

① 특례자 및 보호자 또는 특례자의 교육을 담당하는 기관의 장은 그 기관의 교육과정이 특례자에게 적합하지 아니하다고 인정하는 경우에는 특례자를 다른 교육기관으로 전학ㆍ배치할 것을 거주지의 교육감에게 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 전학ㆍ배치 등에 관하여는 해당 학생과 보호자의 의견을 들어야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 전학ㆍ배치 및 제2항에 따른 의견청취 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
