연근해어업의 구조개선 및 지원에 관한 법률 제17조의2(어업협정 이행의 지연에 따른 지원)

① 해양수산부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 외국과의 어업협정 이행의 지연 등으로 상대국 수역에 입어가 제한되거나 금지되는 어업자에 대한 지원을 어업선진화 사업에 포함하여 추진할 수 있다.

② 해양수산부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 상대국 수역에 입어가 제한되거나 금지된 어업자에게는 대체어장 출어 지원 및 새로운 어장의 개발을 지원할 수 있다.
