⑥ 임용령 제3조의3에 따른 시간선택제채용공무원 및 같은 영 제57조의3에 따른 시간선택제전환공무원의 근무기간은 근무시간에 비례하여 제1항의 재직연수에 포함한다. 다만, 임용령 제57조의3에 따른 시간선택제전환공무원이 해당 계급에서 근무한 기간은 1년의 범위에서 제1항의 재직연수에 전부 포함하되, 법 제71조제2항제4호의 사유로 인한 휴직을 대신하여 임용령 제57조의3에 따른 시간선택제전환공무원으로 지정되어 근무한 기간은 대상 자녀별로 3년의 범위에서 전부 포함한다. <신설 2019.8.6, 2024.12.31>
