연구산업진흥법 제14조(전담기관의 지정 등)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 연구산업의 진흥과 연구사업자의 육성 등을 위하여 다음 각 호의 기관 중에서 연구산업 진흥 전담기관(이하 "전담기관"이라 한다)을 지정할 수 있다.

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 may메이 designate데저그네잇 a어 dedicated데더케이티드 institution인스티투션 for^f포 promotion프^r러모우션 of어^v브 the^ð더 research^r리서치 industry인더스트^r리 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "dedicated데더케이티드 institution")인스티투션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 institutions인스티투션즈 for^f포 the^ð더 promotion프^r러모우션 of어^v브 the^ð더 research^r리서치 industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 the^ð더 fostering^f파스터^r링 of어^v브 research^r리서치 business비즈니스 operators,아퍼^r레이터즈 etc.:엣세터^r러

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 전담기관의 사업 수행에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 출연 또는 보조할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 may메이 contribute컨트^r리븃 or오 subsidize서브시다이즈 all올 or오 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 costs카스츠 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 dedicated데더케이티드 institution인스티투션 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 its잇츠 projects.프^r라젝츠

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따라 지정된 전담기관이 중대한 공익상의 사유 등으로 전담기관의 업무를 계속 수행하기 어렵게 된 경우에는 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 may메이 revoke^r리^v보우크 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 a어 dedicated데더케이티드 institution인스티투션 designated데지그네이티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) if이^f프 it잇 becomes비컴즈 difficult디^f퍼컬트 to투 continue컨티뉴 performing퍼^f포밍 the^ð더 dedicated데더케이티드 institution's인스티투션즈 duties두티즈 due두 to투 serious시^r리어스 public퍼블릭 interest인트^r리스트 reasons,^r리즌즈 etc.엣세터^r러

④ 전담기관의 지정 및 운영과 지정 취소 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
