연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 제36조(건축행위의 규제 등)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제35조제1항 각 호의 구역에 대하여 쾌적한 연구환경을 유지하기 위하여 국토교통부장관 및 관할 지방자치단체의 장과 협의하여 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제76조에 따라 지정된 용도지역에서의 건축이 허용되는 건축물의 종류를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 일부 제한할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 특구에 건축되는 건축물이 특구의 기능에 적합하도록 하기 위하여 관할 지방자치단체의 장은 「건축법」 제4조에 따른 건축위원회에 대통령령으로 정하는 규모 이상의 건축물의 설계를 심사하기 위한 소위원회를 둘 수 있다.
