연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제32조(교육ㆍ연구 및 사업화 시설구역의 입주계약 요건)

1. 과학기술에 관한 연구 또는 교육활동을 주된 업무로 하는 자로서 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자

2. 연간 매출액에서 연구개발비가 차지하는 비율이 5퍼센트 이상인 「중소기업기본법」 제2조제1항에 따른 중소기업(이하 이 조에서 "중소기업"이라 한다)

3. 연구개발 성과를 사업화하기 위하여 기술집약적 중소기업을 창업하려는 자 또는 그 창업 지원을 주된 업무로 하는 자

4. 「산업집적활성화 및 공장설립에 관한 법률 시행령」 제34조제1호에 따른 도시형공장을 설립하려는 자로서 연구개발 성과를 사업화하기 위하여 과학기술정보통신부장관이 필요하다고 인정하는 자
