여신전문금융업법 시행령 제6조의17(수납대행가맹점의 준수사항)

1. 제1조의2제3항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항(이하 이 조에서 "수납"이라 한다)을 대행한 내역 및 수납을 위탁한 신용카드가맹점의 신용정보를 신용카드업자에게 제출할 것
