법 제54조의4제3항에 따른 정보기술부문에 대한 계획에 포함되어야 하는 사항, 해당 계획의 제출시기ㆍ방법 등에 대해서는 「전자금융거래법 시행령」 제11조의2제2항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
