여신전문금융업법 시행령 제19조의22(약관의 개정 등)

1. 금융거래와 관련된 약관(이하 "금융약관"이라 한다)의 제정으로서 기존 금융서비스의 제공 내용ㆍ방식ㆍ형태 등과 차별성이 있는 내용을 포함하는 경우. 다만, 신용카드포인트 등 신용카드 이용 시 제공되는 경제적 이익과 관련된 내용을 포함하는 경우는 제외한다.

2. 금융이용자의 권리를 축소하거나 의무를 확대하기 위한 금융약관의 개정으로서 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우

3. 그 밖에 금융이용자 보호 등을 위하여 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 경우

1. 법 제54조의3제1항에 따라 보고 또는 신고된 금융약관과 동일하거나 유사한 내용으로 금융약관을 제정하거나 개정하는 경우
