1. 대표권이 있는 임원(이하 "회사대표"라 한다)으로 등기되어 있는 여성이 최대출자자[자기의 명의로 소유하는 출자지분(주식회사인 경우에는 「상법」 제344조의3에 따른 의결권 없는 주식은 제외한다. 이하 같다)이 최대인 자를 말한다]인 「상법」상의 회사(회사 대표로 등기되어 있는 여성이 2명 이상인 경우로서 그 합한 출자지분이 최대인 회사를 포함한다)

2. 여성이 「소득세법」 제168조 또는 「부가가치세법」 제8조에 따라 사업자등록을 한 개인사업자
