언론중재 및 피해구제 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(시정권고 소위원회)

① 법 제32조제1항에 따른 시정권고에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 중재위원회에 시정권고 소위원회를 둔다.

② 제1항에 따른 시정권고 소위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 중재위원회에서 선출하는 7명의 중재위원으로 구성한다.

③ 시정권고 소위원회는 월 1회 이상 개회하며, 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
