어촌특화발전 지원 특별법 제21조(준공검사)

① 어촌특화사업 시행자가 어촌특화사업을 마친 경우에는 지체 없이 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 준공검사를 받아야 한다. 다만, 어촌특화사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 그 어촌특화사업이 전부 끝나기 전이라도 완공된 부분만 준공검사를 받을 수 있다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 준공검사를 한 경우에는 그 결과를 어촌특화사업 시행자와 제27조제1항에 따른 특화어촌위원회에 알려야 한다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 준공검사 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항에 따른 준공검사 업무의 전부 또는 일부를 전문 검사기술을 가진 자에게 위탁할 수 있다.
