어촌특화발전 지원 특별법 제14조(토지에의 출입 등)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 어촌특화사업 시행자는 사업 시행을 위한 조사ㆍ측량을 하려는 때에는 타인의 토지에 출입하거나 타인의 토지를 재료적치장ㆍ통로 또는 임시도로로 일시 사용할 수 있으며, 죽목ㆍ토석 및 그 밖의 장애물을 변경하거나 제거할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 토지에의 출입 등에 관하여는 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제130조제2항부터 제9항까지, 제131조, 제144조제1항제2호ㆍ제3호 및 같은 조 제3항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "도시ㆍ군계획시설사업의 시행자"는 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 어촌특화사업 시행자"로 본다.
