어촌ㆍ어항법 제58조의6(사업운영계획 등의 승인)

공단은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 매 회계연도의 사업운영계획과 예산에 관하여 해양수산부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. 승인받은 사업운영계획과 예산을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.
