Fishing Villages and Fishing Ports Act, Article 58-4 (Appointment and Dismissal of Employees)
공단의 직원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 이사장이 임면한다.
Employees of the Agency shall be appointed and dismissed by the president, as prescribed by the articles of association.
