어촌ㆍ어항법 제58조의3(임원)

① 공단에는 임원으로 이사장을 포함한 15명 이내의 이사와 1명의 감사를 둔다. 이 경우 이사장은 상임으로 하고, 나머지 상임ㆍ비상임 임원의 정수는 정관으로 정한다.

② 이사장은 해양수산부장관이 임명하며, 공단을 대표하고 그 업무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 and앤드 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð디 Agency에이전시 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③ 이사장을 제외한 임원의 임면과 직무에 관한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
