Fishing Villages and Fishing Ports Act, Article 58-2 (Articles of Association)

① 공단의 정관에는 다음과 같은 사항을 기재하여야 한다.

② 공단의 정관은 해양수산부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. 공단의 정관을 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.
