어장관리법 제24조(손실보상)

① 해양수산부장관은 제23조제1항에 따른 행위로 인하여 손실을 입은 자가 있는 때에는 그 손실을 보상(補償)하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2013.8.13, 2022.12.27>

③ 제2항에 따른 협의가 성립되지 아니하거나 협의를 할 수 없으면 관할 토지수용위원회에 재결(裁決)을 신청할 수 있다.
