어장관리법 제11조(어장환경 기준의 설정 등)

① 해양수산부장관은 국민의 건강을 보호하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되면 수산동식물의 포획ㆍ채취 또는 양식을 제한하거나 금지하는 것을 내용으로 하는 수질과 퇴적물 등에 관한 어장환경기준을 설정하여 고시할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 어장에서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 수산동식물을 포획하거나 채취하는 것을 제한하거나 금지할 수 있다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 어장환경기준에 맞지 아니한 어장에서 수산동식물을 양식하는 것을 제한하거나 금지할 수 있다.

④ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항 및 제3항에 따른 제한이나 금지를 명하려면 미리 그 대상이 되는 수산동식물의 종류ㆍ시기 및 해역 등 제한하거나 금지하려는 내용을 구체적으로 정하여 고시하여야 한다.
