8. 이 법, 「수산업법」, 「내수면어업법」, 「어장관리법」, 「수산종자산업육성법」 또는 「수산자원관리법」을 위반하거나 이 법, 「수산업법」, 「내수면어업법」, 「어장관리법」, 「수산종자산업육성법」 또는 「수산자원관리법」에 따른 명령ㆍ처분이나 그 제한ㆍ조건을 위반한 경우
