아동복지법 시행령 제54조(비용 보조)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 법 제59조에 따라 같은 조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 비용(이용료를 받는 아동전용시설의 경우에는 그 시설의 설치비용으로 한정한다)의 전부 또는 일부를 예산의 범위에서 보조할 수 있다. 이 경우 보조 비율은 「보조금 관리에 관한 법률 시행령」에서 정하는 바에 따른다.

② 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 제1항에 따라 아동복지시설 운영에 필요한 비용을 보조하는 경우 「사회복지사업법」 제43조의2에 따른 시설의 평가 결과 등 해당 아동복지시설의 운영 실적을 고려하여 보조할 수 있다.
