아동복지법 시행령 제4조(추진실적의 평가 등)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제8조제2항에 따라 전년도의 시행계획에 따른 추진실적을 작성하여 매년 3월 31일까지 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따라 받은 추진실적과 전년도의 보건복지부 소관 시행계획에 따른 추진실적을 종합ㆍ평가하여 그 결과를 위원회에 보고하여야 한다.

③ 보건복지부장관은 제2항에 따른 평가 결과를 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보하여야 한다.

④ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 시ㆍ도지사는 제3항에 따라 통보받은 평가 결과를 다음 연도 시행계획에 반영하여야 한다.
