아동복지법 시행령 제18조의2(보호대상아동에 대한 상담 등)

① 법 제15조제3항 후단에 따른 보호대상아동에 대한 상담, 심리검사 및 가정환경에 대한 조사는 별표 1의 방법으로 실시한다. 다만, 「아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법」 제12조에 따른 응급조치가 필요한 경우 및 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 긴급한 보호조치가 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 법 제15조제1항제3호부터 제6호까지의 규정에 따른 조치가 이루어진 후에 상담, 심리검사 및 가정환경에 대한 조사를 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2021.3.30, 2021.6.29>

③ 법 제15조제3항 후단 및 같은 조 제6항 후단에 따른 보호대상아동에 대한 건강검진은 「건강검진기본법」 및 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 기준에 따라 실시하되, 그 세부사항에 관하여는 보건복지부장관이 정한다. <개정 2021.3.30>
