아동복지법 시행령 제17조의2(입양에 관한 조치)

시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 보호대상아동에게 법 제15조제1항제6호의 조치를 하려는 경우에는 「국내입양에 관한 특별법」 제15조제1항 및 제16조제1항에 따라 입양에 대한 동의ㆍ승낙권이 있는 친생부모 또는 법정대리인에게 국가 및 지방자치단체 등으로부터 지원받을 수 있는 사항을 알려야 한다. <개정 2025.5.7>
