아동복지법 시행령 제13조의4(보호조치 결정 절차)

시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 보호대상아동에 대해 법 제15조제1항제3호부터 제6호까지의 규정에 따른 보호조치를 하려는 경우에는 사례결정위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.
