실용신안법 시행령 제7조의2(고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Utility Model Act, Article 7-2 (Processing of Personally Identifiable Information)
지식재산처장 또는 특허심판원장은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
Where inevitable for performing any of the following affairs, the Minister of Intellectual Property or the President of the Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board may process data containing resident registration numbers or alien registration numbers under Article 19, subparagraph 1 or 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act:
1. 법 제3조에서 준용하고 있는 「특허법」 제28조의2에 따른 고유번호의 부여에 관한 사무
1. Affairs concerning the assignment of identification numbers under Article 28-2 of the Patent Act, as applied mutatis mutandis under Article 3 of the Act;
2. 법 제8조에 따른 실용신안등록출원에 관한 사무
2. Affairs concerning applications for utility model registration under Article 8 of the Act;
3. 법 제33조에서 준용하고 있는 「특허법」 제157조에 따른 증거조사 및 증거보전에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning the examination and preservation of evidence under Article 157 of the Patent Act, as applied mutatis mutandis under Article 33 of the Act;
4. 법 제44조에서 준용하고 있는 「특허법」 제222조에 따른 서류의 제출 등에 관한 사무
4. Affairs concerning the submission of documents, etc. under Article 222 of the Patent Act, as applied mutatis mutandis under Article 44 of the Act;
5. 그 밖에 법 및 이 영에 따른 출원, 심사, 심판, 등록에 관한 신청ㆍ신고 또는 제출에 관한 사무
5. Other affairs concerning applications, reports, or submissions relating to filing, examination, trials, and registration under the Act and this Decree.
