신탁법 제37조(수탁자의 분별관리의무)

① 수탁자는 신탁재산을 수탁자의 고유재산과 분별하여 관리하고 신탁재산임을 표시하여야 한다.

② 여러 개의 신탁을 인수한 수탁자는 각 신탁재산을 분별하여 관리하고 서로 다른 신탁재산임을 표시하여야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항의 신탁재산이 금전이나 그 밖의 대체물인 경우에는 그 계산을 명확히 하는 방법으로 분별하여 관리할 수 있다.
