중앙회장은 조합이 파산되는 때에는 「채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률」 제355조에도 불구하고 기금관리위원회의 의결을 거쳐 중앙회의 임직원 중에서 1명을 법원에 파산관재인으로 추천할 수 있다. <개정 2019.1.15>
