신용협동조합법 제84조의2(퇴임한 임원 등에 대한 조치 내용의 통보)

① 금융위원회(제96조에 따라 제84조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 조치 권한을 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)와 중앙회장은 조합, 중앙회 및 관리회사의 퇴임한 임원 또는 퇴직한 직원이 재임 중이었거나 재직 중이었더라면 제84조제1항 또는 제89조제7항제1호에 따른 조치를 받았을 것으로 인정하는 경우에는 그 내용을 조합, 중앙회 및 관리회사에 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2023.12.26, 2026.4.21>
