신용협동조합법 제84조(임직원에 대한 행정처분)

① 금융위원회는 조합, 중앙회 및 관리회사의 임직원이 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령ㆍ정관ㆍ규정에서 정한 절차ㆍ의무를 이행하지 아니한 경우에는 조합, 중앙회 및 관리회사로 하여금 관련 임직원에 대하여 다음 각 호의 조치를 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2026.4.21>

② 제1항 및 제89조제7항제1호에 따라 조합, 중앙회 및 관리회사가 임직원의 개선, 징계면직의 조치를 요구받은 경우 해당 임직원은 그 날부터 그 조치가 확정되는 날까지 직무가 정지된다. <개정 2026.4.21>

③ 금융위원회는 조합, 중앙회 및 관리회사의 업무를 집행할 임원이 없는 경우에는 임시임원을 선임할 수 있다. <개정 2026.4.21>

④ 제3항에 따라 임시임원이 선임되었을 때에는 조합, 중앙회 및 관리회사는 지체 없이 이를 등기하여야 한다. 다만, 조합, 중앙회 및 관리회사가 그 등기를 해태(懈怠)하는 경우에는 금융위원회는 조합, 중앙회 및 관리회사의 주된 사무소를 관할하는 등기소에 그 등기를 촉탁할 수 있다. <개정 2026.4.21>
