신용협동조합법 제73조(직원)

① 직원은 중앙회장이 임면한다. 다만, 제72조제2항에 따른 신용ㆍ공제사업 대표이사의 소관 업무에 종사하는 직원의 임면은 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 신용ㆍ공제사업 대표이사와의 협의를 거쳐 중앙회장이 한다. <개정 2025.1.21>
