신용협동조합법 제27조의4(이사장당선인 결정의 특례)

이사장 선거에 대하여는 제26조의2제2항제2호 및 제27조제3항에도 불구하고 후보자등록마감시각에 등록된 후보자가 1명이거나 후보자등록마감 후 선거일의 투표마감시각까지 후보자가 사퇴ㆍ사망하거나 등록이 무효로 되어 후보자수가 1명이 된 때에는 투표를 실시하지 아니하고 선거일에 그 후보자를 당선인으로 결정한다.
