Plant Protection Act, Article 29-2 (International Plant Quarantine Certification Center)

① 식물의 검역과 관련한 국제협약 및 국가 간 약정에 따라 제28조의2제2항에 따른 선박 등 운송수단에 대한 검역 등을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 국제식물검역인증원(이하 "인증원"이라 한다)을 설립한다.

(1) The^ð디 International인터내셔늘 Plant플랜트 Quarantine쿼^r런틴 Certification서터^f퍼케이션 Center센터 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Certification서터^f퍼케이션 Center")센터 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 order오더 to투 efficiently이^f피션틀리 conduct칸덕트 quarantine쿼^r런틴 of어^v브 means민즈 of어^v브 transport트^r랜스포트 such서치 as애즈 vessels^v베슬즈 under언더 Article아터클 28-2 (2), pursuant퍼수언트 to투 international인터내셔늘 conventions컨^v벤션즈 and앤드 agreements어그^r리먼츠 between비트윈 countries컨트^r리즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 plant플랜트 quarantine.쿼^r런틴

② 인증원은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Certification서터^f퍼케이션 Center센터 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 인증원은 그 주된 사무소가 있는 곳에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

1. 제19조제1항에 따른 국외 생산지검역의 지원

⑩ 국가는 예산의 범위에서 인증원의 설립ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.2, 2018.12.31>

⑫ 인증원에 관하여는 이 법에서 규정한 사항을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인(社團法人)에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2016.12.2, 2018.12.31>
