시체 해부 및 보존 등에 관한 법률 제9조의6(연구를 위한 시체의 제공 절차 및 방법)

① 제9조의4제1항에 따라 허가를 받은 기관의 장이 시체의 전부 또는 일부를 제공하려는 경우 이를 제공받아 연구하려는 연구자로부터 이용계획서를 제출받아 그 내용을 검토한 후 제9조에 따른 인체의 구조 연구인 경우에는 시체해부심의위원회의 심의를, 제9조의2에 따른 시체의 일부를 이용한 연구인 경우에는 기관위원회의 심의를 거쳐 제공 여부를 결정하여야 한다. <개정 2025.11.11>

② 제9조의4제1항에 따라 허가를 받은 기관의 장이 시체의 전부 또는 일부를 제공할 때에는 익명화하여야 한다. 다만, 식별정보를 포함하는 것에 대하여 본인 또는 유족으로부터 별도의 동의를 받은 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2025.11.11>

③ 제9조의4제1항에 따라 허가를 받은 기관의 장은 시체의 전부 또는 일부의 보존 및 제공에 소요된 경비를 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시체의 전부 또는 일부를 제공받아 이를 이용하여 연구하려는 자에게 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2025.11.11>

④ 제1항에 따른 시체의 전부 또는 일부의 제공 절차 및 방법, 제2항에 따른 익명화 방법, 제3항에 따른 경비의 산출 및 그 밖에 시체의 전부 또는 일부의 제공에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.11.11>
