Act on Fostering the Aquatic Seed Industry, Article 37 (Fees)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 수수료를 내야 한다.

1. 제28조제1항에 따라 생산하거나 수입하여 판매하려는 수산종자를 신고하려는 자

4. 제35조제1항에 따라 분쟁의 조정을 신청하는 자

5. 이 법에 따른 각종 서류의 등본, 초본, 사본 또는 증명을 신청하려는 자

② 제1항에 따른 수수료의 금액, 납부방법 및 납부기간 등은 해양수산부령으로 정한다.
