수산종자산업육성법 제25조(사업의 개시 및 휴업 신고)

① 수산종자생산업의 허가를 받은 자는 그 허가를 받은 날부터 1년 이내에 사업을 시작하여야 한다.

② 수산종자생산업의 허가를 받은 자가 계속하여 1년 이상 휴업하려면 휴업기간을 정하여 미리 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 하며, 계속하여 2년 이상 휴업을 할 수 없다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 obtained어브테인드 permission퍼미션 for^f포 the^ð디 aquatic어콰틱 seed시드 production프^r러덕션 business비즈니스 and앤드 intends인텐즈 to투 suspend서스펜드 business비즈니스 for^f포 one원 or오 more모 consecutive컨세큐티^v브 years이어즈 shall섈 report^r리포트 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 in인 advance,어드^v밴스 fixing^f픽싱 a어 suspension서스펜션 period,피^r리어드 and앤드 may메이 not낫 suspend서스펜드 business비즈니스 for^f포 two투 or오 more모 consecutive컨세큐티^v브 years.이어즈

③ 제1항과 제2항에도 불구하고 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 종자를 확보할 수 없는 경우에는 미리 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고를 하고 1년 이내의 범위에서 개시기간 또는 휴업기간을 연장 받을 수 있다.

④ 제2항의 신고를 한 자가 신고한 휴업기간이 끝나기 전에 수산종자생산업을 계속하려면 미리 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다.

⑤ 제1항과 제2항의 기간에는 제27조에 따라 준용되는 「양식산업발전법」 제26조의 명령에 따라 수산종자생산업을 정지한 기간은 포함하지 아니한다. <개정 2019.8.27>
