수산종자산업육성법 제26조(수산종자생산업 허가의 취소 등)

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제21조에 따른 수산종자생산업 허가를 받은 경우

3. 제25조를 위반한 경우

4. 제27조에서 준용하는 「양식산업발전법」 제26조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우

5. 제28조제1항을 위반하여 신고하지 아니한 종자를 생산하거나 수입하여 판매한 경우

6. 제29조에 따라 수출ㆍ수입이 제한된 수산종자를 수출ㆍ수입하거나, 수입되어 국내 유통이 제한된 수산종자를 국내에 유통한 경우

7. 제30조를 위반하여 수입적격성심사를 받지 아니한 수입 종자를 판매하거나 보급한 경우

8. 제31조를 위반하여 품질표시를 하지 아니한 수산종자를 판매하거나 보급한 경우
