수산자원관리법 제33조(어업자협약의 준수 및 승계)

① 어업자협약을 체결한 어업자 또는 어업자단체 소속 어업자는 어업자협약 대상 수역에서 어업을 하는 경우에는 승인된 어업자협약 내용을 준수하여야 한다.

② 어업자협약이 제30항제3항 및 제31조에 따라 공고된 후 어업자협약을 체결한 어업자로부터 해당 어선ㆍ어구 등을 임차 또는 이전받아 해당 어업허가를 받은 자의 지위를 승계한 자는 종전의 어업자협약 체결자의 지위를 승계한다. 다만, 어업자협약에서 다르게 정하는 경우에는 그에 따른다.
