수산자원관리법 제29조(어업자협약운영위원회 설립)

① 어업자가 어업자협약을 체결ㆍ관리하기 위하여 필요하면 자율적 기구로서 어업자협약운영위원회를 설립할 수 있다.

② 어업자협약운영위원회를 설립하려면 협약 체결 어업자 과반수의 동의를 받아 어업자협약운영위원회의 대표자 및 위원을 선임하고, 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2012.12.18, 2013.3.23>
