수산자원관리법 시행령 제13조(유해어법의 사용허가)

법 제25조제2항 단서에 따라 수산자원의 양식 또는 어구ㆍ어망에 붙어 있는 이물질을 제거하기 위하여 「화학물질관리법」에 따른 허가물질ㆍ제한물질ㆍ금지물질 및 유해화학물질을 보관하거나 사용하려는 자는 해당 수면을 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 허가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2020.9.22, 2025.8.5>
