수산업협동조합법 제59조(직원의 임면)

① 지구별수협의 직원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합장이 임면하되, 조합장이 비상임일 경우에는 상임이사의 제청에 의하여 조합장이 임면한다. 다만, 상임이사 소관 사업 부문에 속한 직원의 승진 및 전보(轉補)에 대하여는 상임이사가 전담하되, 상임이사가 전담하는 승진과 전보의 방법ㆍ절차 및 다른 사업 부문에서 상임이사 소관 사업 부문으로의 전보 등에 관한 구체적인 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

② 지구별수협에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 간부직원을 두어야 하며, 간부직원은 대통령령으로 정하는 자격을 가진 사람 중 조합장이 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 임면한다. 다만, 상임이사를 두지 아니하는 조합의 경우에는 간부직원인 전무 1명을 둘 수 있다.

③ 제2항 단서에 따른 전무는 조합장을 보좌하고 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합의 업무를 처리한다.

④ 간부직원에 대하여는 「상법」 제10조, 제11조제1항ㆍ제3항, 제12조, 제13조 및 제17조와 「상업등기법」 제23조제1항, 제50조 및 제51조를 준용한다. <개정 2014.5.20>
