수산업협동조합법 제50조(임원의 임기)

① 조합장과 이사의 임기는 4년으로 하고, 감사의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 비상임인 조합장은 한 번만 연임할 수 있고, 상임인 조합장은 두 번만 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 상임이사에 대하여는 임기가 시작된 후 2년이 되는 때에 그 업무 실적 등을 고려하여 이사회의 의결로 남은 임기를 계속 채울지를 정한다. <개정 2011.7.14, 2020.3.24>

② 제1항의 임원의 임기가 만료되는 경우에는 제44조제3항 단서를 준용한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 an앤 officer오^f퍼서 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) expires,익스파이어즈 the^ð더 proviso프^r러^v바이조 of어^v브 Article아터클 44 (3) shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis.뮤탠디즈

③ 합병으로 설립되는 조합의 설립 당시 조합장ㆍ이사 및 감사의 임기는 제1항(제108조 및 제113조에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에도 불구하고 설립등기일부터 2년으로 한다. 다만, 합병으로 소멸되는 조합의 조합장이 합병으로 설립되는 조합의 조합장으로 선출되는 경우 설립등기일 현재 조합장의 종전 임기의 남은 임기가 2년을 초과하는 경우에는 그 남은 임기를 그 조합장의 임기로 한다.

④ 합병 후 존속하는 조합의 변경등기 당시 재임 중인 조합장ㆍ이사 및 감사의 남은 임기가 변경등기일 현재 2년 미만인 경우에는 제1항(제108조 및 제113조에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에도 불구하고 그 임기를 변경등기일부터 2년으로 한다.
