수산업협동조합법 제49조(감사의 대표권)

① 지구별수협이 조합장을 포함한 이사와 계약을 할 때에는 감사가 지구별수협을 대표한다.

② 지구별수협과 조합장을 포함한 이사 간의 소송에 관하여도 제1항을 준용한다.
