수산업협동조합법 제23조(회전출자)

지구별수협은 제22조에 따른 출자 외에 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 사업의 이용 실적에 따라 조합원에게 배당할 금액의 전부 또는 일부를 그 조합원에게 출자하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 제22조제5항을 준용한다.
