수산업협동조합법 제24조(지분의 양도ㆍ양수와 공유 금지)

① 조합원은 이사회의 승인 없이 그 지분을 양도할 수 없다.

② 조합원이 아닌 자가 지분을 양수할 때에는 이 법 또는 정관에서 정하고 있는 가입 신청, 자격 심사 등 조합원 가입에 관한 규정에 따른다.

(2) When웬 a어 person퍼슨 who후 is이즈 not낫 a어 member멤버 acquires어콰이어즈 a어 share,셰어 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 on안 admission애드미션 of어^v브 members,멤버즈 such서치 as애즈 admission애드미션 application애플러케이션 and앤드 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 screening,스크^r리닝 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 in인 this^ð디스 Act액트 or오 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 apply.어플라이

③ 지분의 양수인은 그 지분에 관하여 양도인의 권리ㆍ의무를 승계한다.

(3) The^ð더 transferee트^r랜스^f퍼^r리 of어^v브 a어 share셰어 shall섈 succeed석시드 to투 the^ð더 rights^r라잇츠 and앤드 obligations아블러게이션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 transferor트^r랜스^f퍼^r러 with위^ð드 respect^r리스펙트 to투 the^ð더 share.셰어

④ 조합원의 지분은 공유할 수 없다.
